ScoreHub Terms and Conditions of Use

The Platform is currently operating in a beta testing stage. Certain features, including but not limited to competitions, Awards, rankings, and engagement mechanics, may be experimental, incomplete, modified, or discontinued at any time.

Any references within the Platform or related materials to competitions or Awards are provided on an "as announced" basis and may change without notice.

By using the Platform during the beta stage, You acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation during beta does not create any entitlement to Awards or other benefits; and

• ScoreHub makes no guarantee regarding the availability, frequency, structure, or continuation of any competitions or Awards.

1.1. The Platform is available for global use. Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account. Participation in competitions or eligibility for Awards may be subject to additional requirements, including minimum age thresholds, geographic restrictions, or verification procedures, as determined by ScoreHub.

1.2. Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.

2.1. Users may create an account to access Platform features, including content creation and prediction submissions.

2.2. You may delete Your account at any time via the Platform settings. Upon deletion, all associated personal data will be removed from ScoreHub's active systems within thirty (30) calendar days, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. Shorter timelines may apply where mandated by law.

3.1. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Violates applicable laws or regulations;

• Contains hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory language;

• Is false, misleading, or deceptive;

• References betting odds, gambling services, or encourages real-money wagering;

• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or

• Attempts to manipulate competitions, rankings, or Platform mechanics.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity conducted under Your account.

3.3. ScoreHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or compromises Platform integrity.

4.1. All predictions, submissions, comments, and related content uploaded to the Platform become the exclusive property of ScoreHub, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

4.2. You hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to ScoreHub all rights, title, and interest in such content, including all intellectual property rights.

4.3. You represent and warrant that any content You submit is original or that You possess all necessary rights to submit and transfer such content.

5.1. No Earnings, Compensation, or Revenue Model

ScoreHub does not operate a revenue-sharing, earnings, payout, or compensation model.

Users do not earn income, wages, profits, or consideration of any kind through predictions, content submissions, rankings, or Platform activity.

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or financial entitlement between You and ScoreHub.

5.2. Competitions

From time to time, ScoreHub may organize limited-duration competitions, such as weekly or event-based challenges.

Each competition will be governed by separately announced rules, which may specify:

• Eligibility criteria

• Duration and scope

• Performance or selection methodology

• Description of any applicable Awards

Participation in any competition is voluntary and subject to these Terms and the applicable competition rules.

5.3. Awards

5.3.1. Awards are discretionary recognitions granted by ScoreHub and may include non-cash or tangible items (such as consumer electronics, merchandise, or other gifts), as determined solely by ScoreHub.

5.3.2. Awards are not compensation, not winnings, not gambling payouts, and not consideration for services.

5.3.3. No User is entitled to an Award by virtue of participation, ranking, or performance unless explicitly stated in the applicable competition rules.

5.3.4. Awards are non-transferable, may not be substituted, and may be modified, delayed, or withdrawn at ScoreHub's sole discretion.

5.3.5. ScoreHub reserves the right to disqualify participants or withhold Awards in cases of rule violations, suspected abuse, manipulation, or legal non-compliance.

5.3.6. Any taxes, duties, customs fees, or reporting obligations associated with an Award are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5.4. Final Authority

All competition outcomes, eligibility determinations, and Award decisions are final and binding, at the sole discretion of ScoreHub.

6.1. ScoreHub is not a betting or gambling platform. Predictions and competitions are provided solely for entertainment and community engagement purposes.

6.2. ScoreHub makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any prediction or content.

6.3. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

6.4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreHub disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from use of the Platform.

6.5. In no event shall ScoreHub be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7.2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through individual binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), seated in Fulton County, Georgia.

7.3. You expressly waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

ScoreHub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.1. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between You and ScoreHub.

9.2. Users may submit data access or deletion requests by contacting legal@scorehubapp.com. ScoreHub will respond within legally required timeframes, including under GDPR, UK GDPR, and PIPEDA.

9.3. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

9.4. ScoreHub may refuse access to the Platform at its sole discretion.

9.5. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship.

9.6. ScoreHub complies with the DMCA and similar laws. Copyright takedown notices may be submitted to legal@scorehubapp.com.

9.7. In the event of translations, the English version prevails.

9.8. ScoreHub shall not be liable for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9.9. The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.10. ScoreHub reserves the right to monitor and audit user activity to ensure compliance.

9.11. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScoreHub and its affiliates from claims arising from Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9.12. The Platform is not intended for children under thirteen (13). Accounts found to violate this requirement will be terminated and data deleted.

9.13. The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. ScoreHub is not responsible for their content or security.

9.14. No Gambling or Lottery

Competitions and Awards are not lotteries, raffles, or games of chance. No purchase or payment is required to participate.
